Why I Do This

For me, health has never been just about sets, reps or meal plans. After 20+ years as a coach, I’ve learned one truth: your brain drives everything.

When your mind is sharp, focused and energised, every part of life improves - from your work and relationships to your long-term health. That’s why I created The Fit Mind: a brain-first approach to movement, nutrition and recovery designed to unlock focus, restore energy and build lasting resilience.

My Journey

I started out in strength, conditioning and rehab, helping people move better, recover from injuries and build strength. But over time, I saw something bigger: when clients trained their bodies to power their brains, extraordinary things happened.

I’ve worked with CEOs, entrepreneurs, parents, athletes and creatives. Across every client, the pattern was the same: when the brain is supported, focus improves, energy returns, confidence grows and performance rises.

Today

Alongside my work at a Harley Street medical practice in London, I’ve built The Fit Mind Collective - a community and programme hub that makes science-backed strategies for focus, energy and long-term brain health accessible to more people.

What I teach isn’t theory. It’s the same approach I’ve refined with clients for over two decades - a blend of training, nutrition, recovery and purposeful living that strengthens both body and mind.
