About

For me, health has never been just about sets, reps or meal plans.

After 20 years as a coach - from strength and rehab to high-performance coaching - I’ve learned one truth: your brain drives everything.

When your mind is sharp, focused and energised, every part of life improves - from how you work and lead to how you move and recover. The same tools that strengthen your body - movement, nutrition and recovery - also enhance cognitive function, creativity and resilience.

That’s why I created The Fit Mind System - an approach that helps people unlock focus, energy and long-term performance by aligning the body and brain.

I’ve seen first-hand how understanding the brain changes everything, not just how you train, but how you live, lead and perform.

My Journey

I started out in strength, conditioning and rehab, helping people move better, recover from injury and build strength. But over time, I saw something bigger: when clients trained their bodies to power their brains, everything improved - clarity, confidence, energy and purpose.

I’ve spent over two decades working with people at the highest levels of health and performance - from private clinics and world-class gyms to London’s Harley Street. I’ve also worked alongside major film studios, including Disney, Paramount and Netflix, helping actors prepare both physically and mentally for demanding roles.

That experience shaped the foundation of what would become The Fit Mind System - a method designed to help anyone improve their brain health, mental performance and long-term wellbeing.

Today

Alongside my work within one of London’s leading Harley Street medical practices, I’ve made it my mission to share these same science-backed tools with everyone - not just those with access to elite clinics or private coaching.

That’s why I created The Fit Mind Community, a free online space where anyone can learn how to train their body to power their brain. Through resources like the Fit Mind Cognitive Assessment and the 7-Day Brain Reset, I share the same evidence-based principles I use with clients in clinics, boardrooms and studios, so you can apply them in real life, at your own pace.

My goal is simple: to help more people unlock their focus, energy and long-term brain health, wherever they are starting from.

My Approach

Science-backed: Grounded in neuroscience and physiology, everything I teach is built on research showing how movement, nutrition and recovery shape both cognitive and physical performance.

Practical: Strategies that fit real life, not rigid plans. The Fit Mind approach is about sustainable habits designed for busy professionals, parents and anyone who wants to think, feel and perform better.

Transformational: Sharper thinking, steadier energy and lasting resilience. When you train your body to power your brain, you don’t just feel fitter, you think clearer, react faster and show up as your best self.

The Fit Mind method builds muscle, movement and metabolic health to power the brain - because a strong body is the foundation for a sharp, resilient mind.
