You’ll receive individualised training programmes, practical nutrition and recovery guidance and direct coaching support - designed around your lifestyle, work demands and cognitive goals.
Membership includes personalised programming, recipe cards, masterclasses, practical resources, weekly live Q&As and access to ongoing 1-to-1 support - all grounded in the full Fit Mind framework.
1-to-1 Coaching & Specialist Support

High-level, personalised coaching for individuals who require deeper support, specialist guidance or a more hands-on approach.
This option is designed for clients with complex needs, high performance demands or specific rehabilitation and movement considerations. Support may include advanced strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, cognitive performance strategies and lifestyle integration.
Coaching is delivered on a limited basis and may take place online or in person, including sessions at Opus Biological (Harley Street, London), where appropriate.
Availability is intentionally limited to ensure depth, quality and continuity of care.
